At the Highland Hills Cemetery, LARKIN+ acquired a Site Plan Control Agreement to permit a Crematorium on the property.
After changes to provincial legislation governing the funeral industry, L+ on behalf of its client then completed a minor variance to add the uses “Funeral Establishment & Funeral Services” to the site. The building has now been completed and is operational providing a full complement of services to the public.
