Cornell Centre

LARKIN+ Land Use Planners have been instructed by CP Capital Investment Group Inc. to take forward applications for Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-law Amendment and Draft Plan of Subdivision for development of a 3 hectare site, to include high-rise and mid-rise residential and mixed-use buildings, stacked townhomes and amenity space.

Particular consideration is being given to an analysis of the unit yield, building heights, parking and floor space index, having regard to the City of Markham draft Cornell Secondary Plan. Representations have been made to the City concerning the preparation of the Cornell Secondary Plan to ensure the proposed new policies align with the client’s vision for the site.
