LARKIN+ completed development applications including site plan approval for a multi building commercial centre in Aurora.
Many design issues were overcome in the process, including the ability to provide street presence to the development from along Bayview Avenue, being a much higher elevation than the subject site. The final design provided a functional and pleasing development for the owner, the public and the Town of Aurora.
