LARKIN+ obtained approval for a Regional Official Plan Amendment, Municipal Official Plan Amendment, Zoning Bylaw Amendment and Site Plan Approval for the expansion of the Pleasantview Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Located at 2250 Highway 20 in the City of Thorold, ON.
Additionally, LA+ collaborated with the Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority for the cemetery to develop a nature trail connecting various parts of the cemetery with the Regional Woodlot on site. LA+ was also successful in securing approvals for the development of an approximately 1,900 sq. m. Funeral Establishment on the expansion lands of the cemetery.
