Resthaven Long Term Care Facility

LARKIN+ obtained a Zoning By-law amendment and Site Plan Approval, to allow the Resthaven Long Term Care Facility to increase the number of permitted residents from 14 to 20 with an addition to the existing building at that time.

The project was mediated before the Ontario Municipal Board with area residents that had concerns over building massing along the streetscape. LA+ was able to successfully negotiate a settlement where all parties were pleased with the final design that was constructed.
